We recommend booking at least 6 months in advance to secure the best accommodation and flight options. Early-bird discounts are available for bookings made 4+ months before departure.
Is travel insurance included?
Basic travel insurance is included in all packages. This covers medical emergencies, trip cancellation, and lost luggage. Premium insurance upgrades with higher coverage limits are available as add-ons.
How long does visa processing take?
Visa processing typically takes 10-15 working days after all required documents are submitted. We recommend submitting documents at least 3 weeks before your intended travel date.
Can I apply for a multiple-entry visa?
Yes, multiple-entry Umrah visas are available for eligible nationalities. Contact our visa team for specific requirements based on your nationality.
What vaccinations are mandatory for Hajj/Umrah?
Meningitis ACYW135 vaccination is mandatory for all pilgrims. COVID-19 and Polio vaccinations are also recommended. Yellow Fever certificate is required for pilgrims arriving from endemic areas.
