How Your Booking Is Confirmed

A completed booking is formed when you have chosen a package, agreed the price and paid the required deposit as shown on the package page.

Payments and Instalments

Full payment schedules are shown with each package. You may pay in instalments as agreed, and your place is secured once the deposit is received.

Pilgrim Details

Final pilgrim details must be provided no later than the date specified by our team to allow visa processing and airline ticketing.

Rooms, Hotels and Flights

Room types, hotels and flights are confirmed subject to availability at the time of booking. We always confirm exact details before you travel.

Inclusions

Our packages are fully inclusive as described. Any service not listed in the package description is not included unless agreed in writing.

Changes by the Operator

If a service cannot be provided for reasons beyond our control, we will offer an equivalent or better alternative, or a refund of the value of that service.
