Hajj Packages - Deposits

For Hajj packages, deposits are non-refundable once 30 days have passed from the booking date and the season is announced.

Umrah Packages - Before 45 Days

For Umrah packages, cancellations made more than 45 days before departure receive a full refund of payments made, minus any non-refundable airline charges.

Between 45 and 15 Days

Cancellations made between 15 and 45 days before departure are refunded at 50% of the total package value.

Less Than 15 Days

Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure, or no-shows, are not refunded.

Cancellation by the Operator

If we must cancel a departure due to force majeure, government restriction or airline failure, we will offer a full refund or a transfer of your booking to a later departure.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellation for medical or personal reasons.
