Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your use of this website and your booking relationship with HUGMS Enterprise.

Prices and Deposits

All prices shown are per person, based on the occupancy stated in the package, and include the services listed. Deposits secure your place on a first-come, first-served basis.

Your Responsibilities

You must supply accurate pilgrim details and travel documents on time. We are not liable for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information.

Our Role

We act as the organiser of your Hajj or Umrah package. While select services are provided by carefully chosen partners, we remain your single point of contact.

Conduct

Pilgrims are responsible for following the guidelines of the Saudi authorities and for their own behaviour during the journey.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, strikes, airline changes or government decisions.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.

Complaints

If you are not satisfied, please contact our team in writing with 14 days of the issue arising and we will work with you to resolve it fairly.

Regulation

We are registered Hajj and Umrah operators and comply with the regulations of the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah.
